The Columbia Shed by Handy Home Products comes in sizes from 12' x 12' to 12' x 24' and feature 7 ft. high side walls and a 10 ft. high peak for plenty of stand-tall storage space. Extra-wide double doors can be placed on any side of the building and provide easy access for riding mowers, lawn equipment and other large items. This item is ready for your cement foundation.

Like all of the Handy Home Products. The Columbia comes with everything pre cut and nothing to saw. These sheds are easy to assemble with hammer, screwdriver, tape measure, level and stepladder. All nails, screws and hardware included. Paint and shingle to suit your decorative taste (paint and shingles sold separately). The strong wood construction withstands demanding wind (up to 90 MPH) and snow loads (Approximately 20 lbs. per sq. ft.). Patented Stud Wall & Rafter Construction features 2 x 4 framing and provides the ultimate in strength (U.S. Patent No. 5,937,591). Crossbucks add extra rigidity to doors - unattached for those who prefer the look without crossbucks.

The Columbia comes with a 15 year limited warranty.
